PinkPantheress is set to release her latest mixtape, ‘Fancy That’, through Warner Records UK on May 9. This nine-track project was both written and produced by PinkPantheress, collaborating with artists like aksel arvid, Count Baldor, phil, Oscar Scheller, and The Dare. The mixtape also features samples and interpolations from artists such as Panic! at the Disco, Jessica Simpson, and Basement Jaxx.

Expressing her excitement about the upcoming release, PinkPantheress stated, “Announcing this tape marks a huge milestone for me as an artist. This feels like the most cohesive project I’ve worked on, and I hope my fans can hear the growth in me as an artist.” The first single from the mixtape, titled ‘Tonight’, is already available along with a music video that exudes a period drama theme, complete with a horse and carriage, opulent country estate, and aristocratic costumes.

In a recent cover feature with Mixmag, PinkPantheress hinted at expanding her genre-bending sound to incorporate more classic dance music influences. She drew inspiration from iconic artists like Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada, and Fatboy Slim. PinkPantheress also announced two live shows at O2 Academy Brixton scheduled for September 18 and 19. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on April 14 at 10:00 AM BST via pantheress.pink.
