Festival attendee Rhea Soni was among those disappointed with the postponement. Speaking in a statement issued to Variety, Soni said she was “very excited” for Fyre Festival 2, as she had purchased a VIP ticket for $900,000.
“I was very disappointed when I saw that it was postponed,” she said. “But I have full confidence that Fyre Festival will pull through and that I will have the time of my life.”

FYRE Festival 2 seems to be making a comeback despite recent setbacks in Mexico. With plans underway to host the festival in a Caribbean destination, it remains to be seen whether the event will be successful this time around.
