Vinyl Me, Please is facing backlash from customers as it goes into liquidation, according to The Denver Post. The Denver-based company, known for its monthly subscription service offering exclusive records, sent out emails to customers last month informing them of its liquidation. A Reddit user shared a message they received from Vinyl Me, Please, stating that the company had initiated an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors on April 4, 2025.

The Denver Post reported that Vinyl Me, Please is now under the control of Vinyl Liquidation LLC after entering liquidation. Frustrated customers have taken to social media to express their grievances, with over 100 complaints being made so far. One customer, who has been a member since 2014, claimed to be owed more than $1,000 in unfulfilled pre-orders and membership fees.

In March 2024, Vinyl Me, Please made headlines when its CEO, CFO, and CSO were dismissed. Allegations surfaced that the trio had misled the company’s board and diverted over $200,000 towards a new pressing plant. Despite acknowledging shipping delays in the past, Vinyl Me, Please has faced criticism over its lack of communication regarding refunds and other issues. The company, founded in 2012 in Denver, Colorado, revealed plans in 2022 to establish a new pressing plant spanning 14,000 square feet.
