Andrew Tate civil trial moved forward by judge to summer 2026

A High Court judge has decided to fast-track the civil trial against Andrew Tate, moving it forward to June next year instead of the originally scheduled date in 2027. Tate is facing allegations of sexual violence from four women, including claims of choking, pointing a gun, and using a belt to assault one of them in 2015. Despite Tate’s denial of the accusations, calling them “lies” and “fabrications”, the trial is set to last up to five weeks, with additional preliminary hearings expected.

Mrs. Justice Lambert expressed her eagerness to push the case forward, stating that it is not in anyone’s best interest for it to be delayed until 2027. The claimants, who have been waiting years for justice, welcomed the decision to expedite the trial, hoping that Tate will finally face the allegations in court. Detailed accounts of rape, assault, and coercive control were revealed in court documents, with one woman alleging that Tate threatened to kill her, while another claimed he convinced her he had killed others.

Andrew Tate is currently embroiled in multiple legal challenges worldwide, alongside his brother Tristan Tate. They are facing criminal and civil legal action in the UK, US, and Romania, with charges ranging from human trafficking to rape.
