Documents submitted to Companies House reveal that six companies associated with Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, are in the process of being wound up. Ferguson is listed as the director for all six firms, which are scheduled to be removed from the official register within ten days unless an objection is raised.
Details about the nature of these businesses remain limited. Among them, one company is linked to public relations, and another to retail, though none appear to have engaged in significant commercial activities. The closure of these firms follows recent disclosures from the Epstein files that highlight financial struggles Ferguson communicated to Jeffrey Epstein. According to these records, Ferguson expressed to Epstein her desperation regarding a debt amounting to £6 million, seeking his advice while he was incarcerated on charges related to soliciting prostitution from a minor.

Efforts to obtain comments from a representative of the former Duchess have so far been unsuccessful. The companies slated for closure include S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. None of these entities have a notable public presence.

Besides these, she remains an active director for three other businesses: Ginger and Moss, a lifestyle brand offering tea, jewellery, and housewares; Coat, involved in motion picture production activities; and Librasol, categorized under artistic creation. All six companies being dissolved were established over ten years ago and have largely been dormant, with minimal or no recent commercial activity. Sarah Ferguson remains the sole director on record for all the companies undergoing closure. Last year, she officially changed her personal details on file, replacing “Sarah Duchess of York” with “Sarah Margaret Ferguson.” Reports of her financial difficulties have circulated for many years, but the release of Jeffrey Epstein’s correspondence has revealed the extent of the pressures she faced, including emotional appeals for support while he was detained
