A man was fatally stabbed in south-east London, prompting a murder investigation by the police. The incident took place on Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, in the early hours of Sunday, just after 03:30 BST. Emergency services, including police officers and paramedics, arrived at the scene where they discovered the victim, believed to be in his 30s, suffering from stab wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, the man was pronounced dead at the location.
Alongside the victim, another individual, also around 30 years old, was found severely injured and was transported to a hospital for treatment. Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee, who is in charge of the case, commented on the swift response by officers and the London Ambulance Service.
