Authorities have initiated a murder inquiry following the discovery of a mother and her two children found deceased at a residence near Bedford. The tragic incident occurred after concerns were raised when the family had not been seen for several days.
On Monday, officers from Bedfordshire Police gained entry to a property on Carnoustie Drive in the Great Denham area to conduct a welfare check. Upon entering the home, the grim scene prompted the launch of the investigation.
Investigators have since identified a suspect connected to the victims, someone familiar to all three. However, police believe this individual has since left the country, complicating efforts to bring them to justice.
