Princess Eugenie has welcomed a baby girl at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal. The infant was born on Monday at 18:20 BST, weighing 6 pounds 9 ounces. This marks the couple’s third child together; they are already parents to two sons, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, born in 2021, and Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, born in 2023.
Buckingham Palace issued a statement expressing the royal family’s happiness: “Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of The Royal Family were delighted to be informed of the news.” Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie, aged 36, shared the announcement on Instagram, writing, “Jack and I are so excited to announce Baby Girl Brooksbank!! No name for the newborn has yet been revealed.
