Police are currently searching for a man deemed dangerous, who was last seen in connection with a suspicious death of a woman. The individual, identified as 30-year-old Grant McKinnon, was spotted in the Cardowan Road area of Carntyne, Glasgow, at approximately 4 a.m. on Saturday.

Around the same time as McKinnon’s last sighting, police responded to reports concerning an injured woman on the street. Unfortunately, the woman was pronounced dead at the location, and authorities are treating her death as suspicious while continuing their investigation.

Grant McKinnon is described as a white male, about 6 feet tall with a slim physique and a shaved head. At the time he was last observed, he was wearing a black jacket featuring a red hood or red hood lining, along with blue jeans. A section of the area has been sealed off as investigations proceed.

Detective Superintendent Gary Ferguson emphasized the severity of the situation by stating, “Grant is considered to be dangerous and I’m appealing for information from the public to help us trace him as soon as possible.” He also encouraged anyone with information about McKinnon’s whereabouts or anyone who may have seen him after the early hours of Saturday to come forward and contact the police immediately
