A man has been formally charged in connection with a serious fire incident in west London that resulted in the death of a woman and the hospitalization of eight others. Pawel Kulpa, aged 34, faces multiple charges including murder, attempted murder, and arson with intent to endanger life.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, 19 August, at approximately 01:15 BST, at a residential property located on Berkeley Avenue, Hounslow. Following the fire, a 48-year-old woman succumbed to her injuries in the hospital, while another woman, aged 40, remains in critical condition.
Kulpa has been charged with one count of murder, eight counts of attempted murder, and one count of arson. These charges reflect the serious nature of the events that unfolded during the fire.
